Azadeh is a survivor of sexual violence, child sexual abuse and honour based violence. Today, Azadeh is on a mission to help fight sexism, human rights violations of freedom of expression and mental health stigma within BAME communities alongside her role as CEO and founder of Lync Media Group. After completing a range of therapies with Solace Women's Aid, in 2016 she founded Lync Media Group, an events company primarily focused on fostering greater diversity and inclusion in the media and advertising industry.
Prior to founding Lync Media Group, Azadeh has worked across a range of industries and markets including media, technology, and healthcare in Europe, Australia, U.S. and MENA region. Throughout her career, Azadeh has held various roles in senior management, content and commercial strategy and implementation, portfolio launch and development, P&L and strategic business management. Azadeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Sydney. She is also an aspiring novelist, and passionate about human rights activism.
